DODO offers pre-coated coils in various shades and finishes and is produced on a most modern continuous coil coating line.
The coil coating line is specifically designed for Aluminium as a substrate. Aluminium is a delicate material having density of around one third of Galvanised Steel. Line speed, tension levelling, winding/ unwinding, coil weight, strip joining, oven design, strip transfer have been carefully selected / designed to ensure consistent quality of coated aluminium coils. PLC- SCADA System ensures the overall line monitoring and accurate performance.

Pre-coated Coil Shades will vary between coils of different production batches/lots due to the properties of the pigment (Solid & Metallic). It is therefore recommended to order the total requirement of Pre-coated Coils of a shade for a project in one order, so as to ensure shade consistency.
